Required fields are marked on the Website with the “*” symbol. Completing the remaining fields is at the user's discretion.
4.2. Data Collected Automatically
When you visit the Website, the technical systems of the Operator and its contractors (hosting, CDN, web analytics services) may automatically record:
- IP address and the approximate region derived from it;
- browser and operating system type and version, interface language, screen resolution, device type;
- date, time, and duration of the visit, pages viewed, referral source (referrer), and advertising campaign tags (UTM);
- page interaction events (clicks, scrolling, form submissions) — in depersonalized form.
This information is used for statistical purposes and, as a rule, does not make it possible to identify a specific person. If identification becomes possible based on the combination of data, such information is processed as personal data in accordance with this Policy.
4.3. Data We Do Not Collect
The Operator does not collect or process special categories of personal data through the Website: information on racial and ethnic origin, political opinions, religious and other beliefs, health status, or intimate life, biometric data, or payment card data. Please do not include such information in free-text form fields or in correspondence.
Purposes of Processing
Personal data is processed solely to the extent necessary to achieve the following purposes:
- receiving, registering, and processing requests, quotation inquiries, and other inquiries;
- providing feedback: a call, email, or message in response to the user's inquiry;
- preparing technical and commercial proposals and selecting filtration equipment and consumable elements for the client's task;
- concluding, performing, amending, and terminating supply contracts, as well as supporting warranty and service obligations;
- maintaining the client database and interaction history in the Operator's CRM system;
- sending informational and promotional materials (company news, exhibition invitations, catalogs) — only with separate consent;
- improving the Website, analyzing traffic, and evaluating the effectiveness of advertising channels;
- fulfilling the obligations imposed on the Operator by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan (tax and accounting records, responses to requests from state bodies).
The Operator does not make decisions producing legal effects concerning the subject based solely on automated processing of their personal data.
Legal Grounds for Processing
Personal data is processed on the following grounds:
- The subject's consent, expressed by completing and submitting a form on the Website or in another manner provided for by the Law — for the purposes of feedback, preparation of proposals, and informational mailings;
- Conclusion and performance of a contract to which the subject is a party, or taking steps to prepare such a contract at the subject's initiative;
- Requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan — in cases where processing is expressly provided for by law and the subject's consent is not required (Article 9 of the Law).
Consent and Its Withdrawal
Consent to the collection and processing of personal data is given in electronic form: by clicking the form submission button on the Website, the user confirms that they have read this Policy and gives the Operator consent to process the data they have provided for the purposes listed in Section 5.
Consent is granted for the period necessary to achieve the purposes of processing and remains valid until withdrawn by the subject.
The subject may withdraw consent at any time by sending a corresponding request to info@asiafilter.kz or by letter to the head office address. Withdrawal of consent entails the termination of processing and the destruction of personal data, except where processing continues on another lawful basis (for example, performance of a concluded contract or requirements of tax and archival legislation).
Withdrawal of consent does not apply to processing carried out before it is received and may make it impossible to continue providing some services — for example, preparing a commercial proposal or making a callback.
Retention Periods
| Data category | Retention period |
|---|---|
| Requests and inquiries that did not result in a transaction | 3 years from the date of the last interaction |
| Customer data under concluded contracts | for the term of the contract and for 5 years after its performance (in accordance with the requirements of tax and accounting legislation) |
| Data for informational mailings | until consent is withdrawn or the user unsubscribes |
| Technical logs and visit statistics | up to 26 months, in anonymized form |
Upon expiry of the retention period, upon achievement of the processing purposes, or upon withdrawal of consent, personal data shall be destroyed or anonymized in the manner prescribed by the Law.
Disclosure to Third Parties
The Operator does not sell, lease, or transfer personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Transfer is possible only in the following cases:
- To contractors and service providers engaged to support the operation of the Website and to process inquiries — to the extent necessary to provide the service and subject to confidentiality obligations;
- To state authorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan — upon a reasoned request, in the manner and to the extent established by legislation;
- With the data subject's consent — in other cases expressly agreed with the data subject.
Categories of engaged service providers:
| Purpose | What is transferred |
|---|---|
| Hosting and content delivery (CDN) | technical request data: IP address, User-Agent, requested resources |
| CRM system for registering and managing inquiries | contact details and the content of the inquiry |
| Email and telephony services | email address, phone number, content of correspondence |
| WhatsApp messenger (when contacting us via WhatsApp) | phone number and content of correspondence — also processed by the service owner under its own terms |
| Web analytics services (if enabled) | anonymized data on visits and behavior on the Website |
| Font services (Google Fonts) | IP address and browser parameters when loading fonts |
Cross-Border Transfer
Certain technical services used for the operation of the Website (hosting, CDN, fonts, messengers, email services) are located outside the Republic of Kazakhstan, which may result in cross-border transfer of personal data.
Such transfer is carried out in accordance with Article 16 of the Law — to the territory of foreign states that ensure the protection of personal data, or with the data subject's consent. The Operator takes reasonable measures to ensure that the receiving party provides a level of data protection no lower than that provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Personal data of customers and partners may also be transferred between the company's divisions in Kazakhstan and its representative office in the Republic of Uzbekistan (Tashkent) to the extent necessary to perform contractual obligations.
Cookies and Analytics
Cookies are small text fragments that a website stores in the user's browser. The Website may use the following categories of cookies and similar technologies:
| Category | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | ensuring the operability and security of the Website, protection against automated attacks, load balancing. Disabling them makes proper operation of the Website impossible |
| Functional | remembering user preferences — for example, the selected interface language |
| Analytics | collecting anonymized statistics on traffic and user behavior to improve the Website |
| Advertising | measuring the effectiveness of advertising campaigns. Used only when the relevant services are enabled and with the user's consent |
11.1. Consent management
On the first visit to the Site, the user is shown a notice about the use of cookies. By continuing to use the Site, the user agrees to the use of strictly necessary, functional and analytics cookies and to the transfer of anonymised visit data to web analytics services. Advertising cookies are not used until separate consent is given in the cookie settings.
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time — open the cookie settings or use the “Cookie settings” link in the footer of any page. The saved choice remains valid for 12 months, after which it is requested again.
In addition, the user may block the saving of cookies or delete saved cookies in their browser settings, as well as use private browsing mode. Disabling strictly necessary cookies may cause certain functions of the Website to work incorrectly.
Personal Data Protection
The Operator takes the necessary legal, organizational, and technical measures to protect personal data from unlawful or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, and dissemination, including:
- data transmission between the user's browser and the Website over the secure HTTPS (TLS) protocol;
- access control: only employees who need the data to perform their job duties have access to it;
- non-disclosure obligations for employees authorized to process personal data;
- including confidentiality and data protection clauses in contracts with contractors;
- backups, integrity control, and logging of access to information systems;
- periodic review of the protection measures applied and the data processing procedures.
The Operator notes that data transmission over the Internet cannot be guaranteed to be 100% secure. The Operator is not liable for the actions of third parties who gained access to data as a result of the compromise of the user's own device or accounts.
Rights of the personal data subject
In accordance with the Law, the personal data subject has the right to:
- know whether the Operator holds their personal data and receive information on the conditions of access to it;
- receive information on who collects and processes their data and on what grounds;
- demand that personal data be amended or supplemented where there are grounds confirmed by relevant documents;
- demand that personal data be blocked where there is information indicating a breach of the processing conditions;
- demand the destruction of personal data collected and processed in violation of legislation, or once the processing purposes have been achieved;
- withdraw previously given consent to the collection and processing of personal data;
- protect their rights and legitimate interests, including by seeking compensation for moral and material damage;
- appeal against the Operator's actions (or inaction) to the authorized body for personal data protection or in court.
13.1. How to submit a request
To exercise any of the rights listed above, send a request to info@asiafilter.kz marked “Personal Data”, or by post to the head office address. In the request, please state your last name, first name, patronymic (if any), the contact details you used when contacting us, and the substance of your request — this is necessary to identify the data subject and correctly locate the data.
The Operator reviews the request and provides a response within the time limits established by the Law: blocking of data — within one business day; amendment, supplementation, and destruction of data — within three business days from the date of receipt of the request, unless a different time limit is established by legislation. If the request cannot be satisfied, the Operator sends a reasoned refusal within the same time limit.
Data of Minors
The Website is intended for legal entities and industrial professionals and is not intended for minors. The Operator does not knowingly collect personal data of persons under eighteen years of age.
If you become aware that a minor has provided us with their personal data without the consent of their legal representative, please report this to info@asiafilter.kz — such data will be destroyed.
Links to Third-Party Resources
The Website may contain links to external resources — partner websites, social networks, messengers, industry platforms, and exhibition portals. By following such links, the user leaves the Website; this Policy does not apply to such resources.
The Operator is not responsible for the content of third-party resources or for the processing of personal data by their owners. We recommend that you review the privacy policies of the resources you visit.

The Operator may amend this Policy — for example, when legislation, the set of services used, or data processing procedures change. The current version is always posted on this page with its effective date indicated.
Material changes are posted on the Website no later than their effective date. Continued use of the Website after a new version has been published constitutes acceptance of the changes made. We recommend checking this page periodically.
