We manufacture bags in any configuration — snap-ring, flange, cuff — to customer drawings, with reinforced seams and specialized treatments: antistatic, PTFE membrane, water-and-oil-repellent (WOR) finish, spark suppression.

Asiafilter Inc. products are engineered for corrosive media and extreme temperature loads, ensuring process stability, longer filter service life, and compliance with environmental regulations.

Asiafilter Inc. support cages

A secure foundation for your filtration systems. The cage is the load-bearing core that determines the aerodynamics and service life of the bag element.

Asiafilter support cages are manufactured with Adaltech® technology, which guarantees precision geometry and perfectly smooth welded joints.

Why does it matter? The absence of micro-burrs and sharp edges minimizes abrasive wear on the fabric during pulse-jet cleaning, preventing premature bag failure.

High-performance fabric panels for pneumatic conveying of powdered products with guaranteed stable throughput.

Thanks to Adaltech® technology, the fabric structure provides perfectly uniform fluidization across the entire area. This eliminates dead zones of material in the troughs and prevents compressor overload.

We supply wear-resistant fabric panels adapted to your process temperatures:

  • Polyester (Standard) — the optimal choice for most powders at normal temperatures
  • Heat-resistant aramid (High Temp) — operation in extreme conditions at temperatures up to 250 °C

How do I select the right filter medium for my process?

Four parameters define the medium: operating and peak gas temperature, chemical composition of the gas (acids, alkalis, oxidizers), humidity and dust abrasiveness. We work with eight non-woven media — from PAN polyacrylonitrile for humid environments at moderate temperatures to PSA polysulfonamide and fiberglass for extreme heat.

Send us the markings of your current elements, a drawing or a process description — our process engineers will select the medium and prepare an Adaltech® specification.

What temperatures do Asiafilter baghouse filters withstand?

Peak temperature depends on the medium: PAN acrylic — 140 °C, PE polyester — 150 °C, PPS polyphenylene sulfide — 200 °C, Nomex meta-aramid — 250 °C, PTFE — 280 °C, P84 polyimide, PSA polysulfonamide and fiberglass — up to 300 °C.

Continuous operating temperature is always below the peak: for Nomex it is 200 °C against a 220 °C peak, for fiberglass 260 °C against 280 °C. For asphalt plant drying drums running at 200 °C and above, the industry standard is Nomex meta-aramid.

Can you make filter bags to a sample or drawing?

Yes, this is our standard way of working. We sew filter bags with any attachment type — snap-ring, flange, cuff — to the customer's sample or drawing, with reinforced seams and sealed bottoms designed for pulse-jet cleaning.

Optional treatments are available: antistatic impregnation, PTFE membrane, water- and oil-repellent WOR finish and spark arrest.

Will your bags and cages fit another manufacturer's filter?

Yes. Bags are made for your existing cells to a sample or drawing, and support cages are made for any cell, from standard to complex configurations.

We support all common top and bottom fixings: Venturi, flange, star adapter, Heavy Flange (Star Body), internal mounting (Groove) and oval connection.

What does Adaltech® technology give in dust and gas cleaning systems?

Adaltech® is an optimized fiber structure of the filter medium: it delivers maximum depth filtration at low system resistance. In practice this means cleaning efficiency of up to 99.9% and lower draft energy costs, because the fan does not have to overcome excess pressure drop.

We need antistatic design and spark arrest — do you offer that?

Yes. For explosive dust — in woodworking, chemicals and mining and metallurgical plants — we supply antistatic bags and cartridges with spark arrest.

Cartridge filters for such duties use antistatic polyester rated up to 130 °C; for sticky and hygroscopic dust and for laser cutting we supply PTFE-membrane cartridges.

Why do filter bags tear prematurely, and what does the support cage have to do with it?

The cage carries the bag, and its geometry directly determines fabric life. Micro-burrs and sharp edges on welds abrade the material with every pulse-jet cleaning cycle, which leads to premature tears.

Asiafilter cages are welded on automated jigs: precise geometry and smooth seams. Anti-corrosion options are galvanizing, painting or stainless steel.

Do you design the whole dust extraction system or only supply consumables?

Both. We design and deliver complete dust, fume and gas extraction systems: each one is engineered for the specific dimensions of your shop floor and the nature of the material — we do not offer off-the-shelf solutions.

The service covers an audit of your existing system and subsequent supply of all consumables — bags and cages. Automatic pulse-jet cleaning lets the system run around the clock without stopping production.
